This website is available at https://sqlmod.de and is provided through an Apache web server managed by SQL Modifications.

When you access the website, technically required server log data may be processed, including your IP address, time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser, operating system and device information, as well as error messages. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically functional provision of the website.

To be added: name, full address and privacy information of the specific hosting provider, as well as the actual retention period configured for the Apache server logs. These details must be entered after reviewing the hosting contract and server configuration.

3. Contact

If you contact us by email or through Discord, we process the information you provide to handle your request. For contractual or project enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; in other cases, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients may include the IT, email and hosting service providers we use where necessary for technical provision and processing. There is generally no statutory or contractual obligation to provide your data. Without the required information, we may be unable to process your request.

The data will be deleted once the request has been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Discord widget

The Discord widget is blocked by default. It is loaded only after you explicitly consent through the privacy settings. Loading it establishes a connection to Discord. Discord may process your IP address, browser and device information, cookies or similar technologies.

For users in the European Economic Area, the provider is Discord Netherlands B.V., Schiphol Boulevard 195, 1118 BG Schiphol, Netherlands. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings”.

5. Local storage of consent

We use the Local Storage entry sqlmods-consent-v1 to remember your selection. Only the selected setting and the time of selection are stored. You will be asked again after no more than twelve months, or sooner if you clear your browser data.

This storage is necessary to apply your privacy choice without asking you again on every visit. The legal basis is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. External links

The website contains links to Discord and the Tebex store. The external website is contacted only after you select the link. From that point onwards, the respective provider is responsible for its data processing.

7. Analytics and tracking

We do not use our own analytics, advertising or tracking services on this website.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For North Rhine-Westphalia, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

9. Updates

We update this Privacy Policy when the website, the services used or the applicable law changes.
